When you attempt to play BluRays using VLC Media player, this error may occur:

Simply put, the default build of VLC does not have two components, the AACS Library and the encryption keys for the playback of Blu-Rays.

This application is a simple CLI application built to do the following:

• Download VLC using Winget
• Download the AACS Library and Keys
• Place Keys and AACS library in the correct Place

I hope to also build versions that work on MacOS and Linux.
